It is comprised of local governments, non-profit providers, faith based organizations, outreach organizations, and citizens at large.

The Homeless Services Division is committed to preventing and ending homelessness. Through our Coordinated Entry System (CES) we strive to immediately access the needs of households seeking assistance and quickly connect them to the most appropriate resource for their circumstances.

If you know of an encampment that street outreach needs to connect with, please see this attached Encampment Map Survey document. Scan this QR Code with your mobile device to complete the survey. An encampment refers to "places not meant for human habitation" such as locations where persons are sleeping in vehicles, abandoned buildings, bus/train stations and airports, or anywhere outside.
