Bids and proposals must be submitted online through the Supplier portal. Hard copy bids and proposals are not accepted unless specifically noted in the solicitation. Bid openings will be conducted virtually. Details for accessing the virtual meeting for specific solicitations will be included in the solicitation or posted as an amendment to the solicitation. The use of virtual meetings for bid openings is provided as a convenience for bidders. Should the meeting link access be unavailable or fail during a bid opening, it does not nullify the validity of the process or results. Please see the solicitation for details.
