Jacqueline C. Smith, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court, is pleased to announce the Seals on Wheels Summer Pop-Ups, an after-hours service initiative designed to make court services even more accessible and convenient for residents.
The Seals on Wheels mobile service center brings essential Circuit Court services directly to the community. In addition to regularly scheduled Saturday visits to libraries and local events, the service will now operate at the courthouse on the last Wednesday evening of each month throughout the summer.
Residents can visit Seals on Wheels for marriage license applications, name changes, court-related payments, notary oaths, concealed handgun permits, certified copies of records and deeds and filing petitions.
The Seals on Wheels Summer Pop-Ups will take place in the courthouse parking lot from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. The dates include:
Seals on Wheels events held on Saturdays will continue year-round. All updates will be shared regularly on the @PWCCircuitCourt social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, and Bluesky).
