Join Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center and the Marymount University Center for Optimal Aging team for a session to learn more about your health and resources to support your overall well-being as you age.
Program Information:
Each presentation typically runs about 30 minutes, with additional time (10–15 minutes) for Q&A. The presentation covers brain health, healthy diet, and lifestyle.
Screenings Include:
Participants do not need to formally enroll. These sessions are open presentations designed to engage residents, share health education, and provide opportunities to connect. The only requirement is that participants are ages 50 and older
