Set your intention for gratitude and thankfulness with this special sound bath and meditation session intended to aid your attention and awareness on the good things you have received from life.
Together with the benefit of sound of sonic vibrations therapy which stimulates the brain, you may experience the potential positive benefits of reduced anxiety, improved sleep quality, balance and rebuilding the body.
Free for passholders of Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center and/or Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center. $12 drop-in fee for non-members.
