Trick or Treatment Event at H.L. Mooney Advanced Water Reclamation Facility

Enjoy trick-or-treating at tables hosted by local environmental and community organizations while learning about wastewater treatment. 

The Environmental Management Division of PWC Public Works will be hosting a table to answer any questions and giveaway special items, candy, and educational pamphlets. 

Costumes are optional but encouraged! Please refrain from any costumes that may be seen as offensive or include a weapon.
