Explore Prince William County Parks this Summer with the PWC Parks Explorer Pass

single news

The PWC Parks Explorer pass is a fun and free way to discover our parks this summer and it’s so easy to use. When you visit each of the 11 parks included, you will use your phone or mobile device to ‘check in’ at each park and then answer a trivia question about the park. Once you visit each park on the list and complete the challenge, you can then visit our Administration building at George Hellwig Memorial Park (14420 Bristow Road, Manassas, VA 20112) to pick up your PWC Parks Prize Pack from the front desk.

To get started, you simply need a phone or mobile device and will use your web browser to register for the pass (no app to download) and then you will answer each question while onsite at each park.

“We’re excited to launch the PWC Parks Explorer pass to our community,” said Amir Wenrich, assistant director, Marketing & Communications, Prince William County Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism. “We wanted to offer a fun way for the community to come out and explore each of our parks and see all that we have to offer in Prince William County. The pass is completely free to use and anyone can play so we hope families will use the pass and get out and have some fun in our parks.”

Are you ready to get exploring? Visit PWCParksExplorer.com to get started. The pass is available through September 30.
