Land Use Application Due Dates for Public Hearings
Due to recent legislative changes regarding the advertising requirements for land use cases, the Planning Office has updated the Land Use Application Public Hearing Schedule. The main changes are:
- The first and second newspaper ad run dates for PC hearings changed from the Thursday three weeks and two weeks before the public hearing to the Tuesday two weeks and one week before the hearing, respectively.
- The PC dispatch date changed to the day before the first ad run. Staff report materials will be publicly accessible by the time the first ad runs.
