Concurrent Processing

Determined on a case-by-case basis, the County may allow concurrent (simultaneous) processing of rezoning/special use permit applications and site/subdivision plans. To request concurrent processing, submit a completed Concurrent Processing Affidavit to the Office of Planning with the rezoning/special use permit application.

Concurrent processing is at the applicant's risk, given that in the event either application fails to gain approval, no review fees will be refunded.
