Mission Statement:
To provide youth with equitable restorative alternatives to formal justice involvement by fostering accountability, healing, and personal growth through trauma-informed support, community engagement, and individualized pathways to success.

A community where every young person-regardless of background or circumstance-is met with compassion, opportunity, and the tools to thrive. We envision a justice system that prioritizes prevention over punishment, healing over harm, and connection over control.
Diversion Requirements
Must be a resident of Prince William County. Must be between the ages of 10 and 17. Must be charged with a misdemeanor. Must be a first-time offender or have minimal prior contact with law enforcement. The offender and their family must be willing to participate in the restorative process. Victim consideration must be taken into account.
