The Administrative and Customer Service Division is often the first point of contact for people visiting or calling our Animal Services Center. Our team plays an important role in connecting people and pets by assisting with adoptions, helping families through the difficult process of surrendering an animal, and reuniting lost pets with the people who love them. From answering questions and providing guidance to navigating paperwork and coordinating services, our staff helps make every interaction a positive and meaningful experience.

VETERINARIAN DIVISION

The Veterinary Services Division is dedicated to keeping the animals in our care healthy, comfortable, and ready for their next chapter. Our veterinary team, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants, provides essential medical care, wellness exams, vaccinations, treatments, surgeries, and compassionate support to animals in need. From treating medical conditions to helping injured or sick animals recover, this team plays a critical role in giving every animal the best possible chance at a healthy, happy life.
