The Division directly operates homeless services and leads the Prince William Area Continuum of Care (CoC) for homeless services, a community-wide effort that engages non-profit providers, homeless organizations, faith-based organizations, outreach organizations, residents, and government agencies at all levels to prevent homelessness across the Prince William Area (Manassas City, Manassas Park, and Prince William County).
