The Landlord Network has a referral program that rewards anyone who refers a landlord who signs up to join the network with a $500 bonus. To qualify for the referral, the landlord must have an available rental unit and be willing to rent to a client receiving rental assistance. The referral process is simple: provide the Landlord Network with the landlord's contact information, and they will take care of the rest.

Apart from the referral incentives, there are other opportunities to become an advocate for the Landlord Network. You can schedule a 15-minute virtual or in-person presentation for your organization to learn more about the program. You can also display a 30" x 40" foam board in your organization's common area to raise awareness about the Landlord Network. Additionally, you can become more involved with the Landlord Network by partnering with 2 or 3 other advocates to serve as a program liaison.
