Join us for this FREE, fun and interactive Xtreme Hip Hop Step Aerobics event. Families and children can partake in a creative workout for all ages, making exercise fun for the little ones and providing a fun "Xperience" for the entire family! This Kaiser Permanente program is presented by Simone Coleman, who is a youthful, fun, and energetic millennial thriving in the fitness arena. People of all ages, levels, backgrounds, and lifestyles are welcome.
