Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) is a trusted, seven‑class program that provides caregivers with practical, age‑appropriate strategies to strengthen communication, build cooperation, and promote positive discipline rather than punishment. Parents reported that after completing the program they understood age appropriate behaviors and family communication improved.
