PWCS Days Off: Coding Beginners Arcade - Snake & Dino Jump

Transform the love of games into learning to code! We teach how to make their own versions of popular games, showing them how to take an idea and turn it into reality. This introductory game coding course uses Scratch, a coding tool developed by M.I.T. for elementary students. Using Scratch’s powerful visual coding interface, students will be able to create scripts that can control art assets they create with only minimal typing. Games students will make in this activity set: Dino Jump, Mouse Pointer Maze, and Snake. Participants must bring their own lunch, water bottle, and a snack. Instructed by CyberTeck Academy.
