The ADC Adopts a Highway

The Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center has expanded its efforts to better serve and engage with the community in a more visible way. The ADC recently partnered with VDOT through the Adopt-a-Highway program and completed its first cleanup, collecting 10 bags of trash along Route 28 in Manassas. Thank you to the employees who volunteered.
