Jacqueline Smith, Clerk of the Circuit Court, is celebrating National Law Day with her Second-Annual Annual Art Contest open to all Prince William County, City of Manassas, and City of Manassas Park students.

Law Day was created by the American Bar Association as an opportunity to understand how law and the legal process protect our liberty, strive to achieve justice, and contribute to the freedoms that all Americans share.

Students are encouraged to submit their artwork inspired by this year’s National Law Day theme, “Toward a more perfect union, the Constitution in times of change.”

For inspiration, students can view previous submissions on social media @PWCCircuitCourt or on display in the courthouse.

All entries must include the official submission form below.

Participants will receive a special gift and certificate from Jacqueline Smith, Circuit Court Clerk and entries will be displayed in the courthouse for public viewing.

First place winners will receive $100 gift cards.
