Congratulations to the ADC’s Newest Academy Graduates, Jail Basic #45

The Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center (ADC) proudly congratulates the newest graduates of our 12-week academy! After weeks of intensive training, discipline, and hard work, these individuals have officially crossed the finish line and are preparing to take on their new roles as the agency’s newest Jail Officers.
With 30 individuals beginning this journey and 28 successfully completing the academy, this accomplishment represents the level of commitment required to serve in the field of corrections. Throughout the past 12 weeks, these graduates have worked diligently to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the demands and responsibilities of this important profession.
A career in corrections requires more than completing training. It calls for integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to public service. As these graduates begin this next chapter, they will play an important role in supporting the agency’s mission, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and contributing to the daily operations of the facility.
