Early Voting Underway in Prince William County with Expanded Locations and Hours

Early voting in Prince William County is underway with extended days at the Woodbridge Department of Motor Vehicles, or DMV, giving voters more opportunities to vote early before the General Election on Nov. 3.
Expanded early voting at the Woodbridge DMV, located at 2731 Caton Hill Road, now matches early voting times at the Prince William County Office of Elections at 9250 Lee Ave. in Manassas. Both offices are open for early voting from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays now through Oct. 16, with extended hours until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Beginning Oct. 18, early voting will expand to all six locations, which will be open daily through Saturday, Oct. 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, and extended hours until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. Weekend hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Early voting ends at 5 p.m. Oct. 31.

Voters may also vote by mail. The deadline to request a mail ballot is 5 p.m. on Oct. 23. Completed ballots may be returned to drop boxes at early voting locations during normal open hours or at Election Day polling locations by 7 p.m. Ballots may also be mailed to the Office of Elections at 9250 Lee Ave., Suite 1, Manassas, VA 20110. Mail-in ballots include a pre-addressed return envelope and must be postmarked on or before Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day. Voters must vote at their assigned polling place on Election Day.
