Hydrate Inspire Donation Drive

The Detention Center recently conducted an agency-wide donation drive, “Hydrate Inspire,” designed to support local elementary school students and promote the importance of healthy hydration. For every water bottle purchased by a staff member, an additional bottle was donated to a local elementary school. Due to the overwhelming generosity and support of our staff, 140 Sports Insulated water bottles were distributed between Bennett Elementary School and Jennie Dean Elementary School.

Access to a water bottle throughout the school day encourages students to stay properly hydrated, which is important for maintaining energy, concentration, alertness, and overall well-being. By providing students with their own reusable water bottles, the Detention Center is helping remove a simple barrier to staying hydrated while also encouraging a healthy habit that can benefit students both inside and outside the classroom. Hydrate Inspire demonstrates our agency's commitment to giving back to the community and investing in the health, success, and well-being of local children.
