Joint Agency Investigation Results in Significant Seizure

Prince William County, VA…On June 23, 2026, the Prince William Narcotics Task Force, comprised of members from the Prince William County Police Department and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, in conjunction with state and Federal law enforcement agencies from Virginia and North Carolina, concluded a joint investigation into the illegal manufacturing and distribution of psilocybin and THC products at the Rat Pack Clubhouse located at 13621 Richmond Highway in Woodbridge.

The investigation stemmed from anonymous complaints regarding the business in early 2026. In March, as the investigation was initiated, Virginia State Police intercepted a package containing approximately 150 pounds of marijuana bound for Prince William County. Around the same time, North Carolina Highway Patrol stopped a vehicle where it was determined drugs were being trafficked from the Rat Pack Clubhouse to North Carolina. Based on that vehicle stop, approximately 280lbs of marijuana was seized.

During the course of the ongoing investigation, five locations were identified and searched. Four sites were located in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County, including the Rat Pack Clubhouse, and an additional location in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County. During the search at the Rat Pack Clubhouse, bulk quantities of marijuana and mushrooms were determined to have been manufactured into wax and oil in order to load into vape cartridges and create edible products for purchase. These purchases were then made online or in-person at the business.

This investigation was made successful by the following partnering agencies: the North Carolina Highway Patrol; Virginia State Police; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives and the Drug Enforcement Agency.

Described as a white male, 6’5”, 210lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes
Wanted for conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana-3rd or subsequent offense

As a result of the searches conducted, the following items were seized: 8,200+ grams of marijuana, 1,900+ grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 1,600+ THC gummies, 2,500+ THC vape cartridges, 2,900+ grams of THC oil, 2,400+ marijuana pre-rolls, 1,600+ THC edibles, 4,100+ grams of THC wax, 670+ grams of kratom, 900+ psilocybin edibles, 300+ marijuana seeds, 40+ jars of marijuana concentrated oil, 60+ grams of kief, 5+ kilograms of cocaine, approx. 2 grams of Fentanyl, three vehicles, and three firearms.
