What time will the meeting begin?

The November 1, 2022, Board meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. The public hearing on #CPA2021-00004, PW Digital Gateway Plan, is the only item on the agenda.

 

When will the sign-up sheets be available?

Sign-up sheets for those wishing to speak in person will be available at 5:30 p.m. in the atrium. Individuals will need to sign up individually, one at a time, and cannot sign up other speakers.

 

When will the Board Chambers be open?

Board Chambers will be open at 5:30 p.m.

 

Will there be an option to speak remotely?

Members of the public may register to speak remotely on the public hearing through 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31. To register to speak remotely, please use the following link: BOCS Remote Participation Sign-Up.

 

Where will parking be available?

Given the high interest in this public hearing, the Police Department will manage and direct traffic entering the complex. Disabled parking spaces and limited general parking will be available in front of the McCoart Administration Building. Once the front lot is full, members of the public will be directed to the parking lot on RICTER Way or the lots adjacent to Pfitzner Stadium.

Public Attendance and Other Information 

Seating will be available in Board Chambers and the atrium. If county officials determine the building has reached capacity, entry will be restricted. Members of the public wishing to speak will be allowed to enter, make their comments to the Board, and exit the building immediately afterward.

Chairs for the public will be set up in the atrium; personal chairs will not be allowed to be brought into the building.

No canopy tents or other temporary structures will be allowed on county property on November 1.
