What We Do
FFM manages the full lifecycle of County assets - from planning and acquisition to maintenance, optimization, and replacement. We sustain the foundation that enables PWC to deliver critical services through strategic planning, technical skill, and operational excellence.
Who We Are
FFM is comprised of six divisions that work collaboratively to deliver seamless, customer-focused services:
Buildings & Grounds ➡️ Maintain and enhance County facilities and outdoor spaces
Business Services ➡️ Financial management, workforce development, human resources & procurement
Facilities Construction Management ➡️ Plan, design, and deliver capital improvement projects
Fleet Management ➡️ Modify, maintain, and repair County vehicles and equipment
Property Management ➡️ Manage County real estate assets, master space plan, sustainability & utility services
Security Management ➡️ Protect people, facilities & County assets
In addition to supporting County employees, our staff assists community members and organizations reserve meeting spaces in several County buildings and investigate ADA complaints.
