About FFM

FFM manages the full lifecycle of County assets - from planning and acquisition to maintenance, optimization, and replacement. We sustain the foundation that enables PWC to deliver critical services through strategic planning, technical skill, and operational excellence. FFM is comprised of six divisions that work collaboratively to deliver seamless, customer-focused services.

In addition to supporting County employees, our staff assists community members and organizations reserve meeting spaces in several County buildings and investigate ADA complaints.
