Employee Resource Groups

Prince William County Government's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that foster connection, belonging, and inclusion across the County workforce.

ERGs provide opportunities for employees to connect with colleagues, support professional development, celebrate diverse cultures and experiences, and contribute to an inclusive workplace.

Employee Resource Groups are supported by the Office of Equity and Inclusion and help strengthen employee engagement and a sense of community across the organization.
