“We are delighted to provide this latest streamlined solution for customers that provides the convenience of 24/7 self-service scheduling, from anywhere,” said Matt Smolsky, Assistant Chief and Fire Marshal, Fire Marshal’s Office. “Ensuring building safety and fire prevention is a shared responsibility and we are thankful to the industry members, business leaders, and county experts that collaborated on this endeavor.”
“The implementation of a Virtual Appointment Scheduling System is an integral part of an ongoing initiative to leverage technology for increased productivity and improved customer service delivery,” shared Mandi Spina, Director, Department of Development Services. “Allowing customers to receive services on their desired time creates real advantages in commercial building construction.”
