Committed For-Sale Units Program - 2026 Orientations

***Please note that attending an orientation is a requirement to apply for the Program's Certificate of Eligibility***

The Committed Affordable For-Sale Units (CAFU) Program offers eligible households the opportunity to purchase homes at below-market prices. 
To qualify, household income must be at or below 120% of the HUD Area Median Income (AMI). 
Please note: These homes are privately owned and not operated by Prince William County.

El Programa de Compra de Vivienda Asequible brinda la oportunidad de comprar unidades a precios debajo del precio del mercado a personas que llenan ciertos requisitos de eligibilidad.
