COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT (CPD) STAFF
The CPD staff administered federal entitlement funding from HUD to include Community Development Block Grant [CDBG], Home Investment Partnerships [HOME] and Emergency Solutions Grant [ESG] for the County and the two cities of Manassas and Manassas Park.
