Lender Participation List

The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is providing this list as a resource only and is being provided for the convenience of the applicants to the Prince William County Committed Affordable For-Sale Units (CAFU) Program.  The Lenders listed below have attended the Lender Orientation Sessions provided by OHCD. 

Prince William County does not endorse any particular lender. This list does not imply that the applicant must use any lender listed below.  All Committed Affordable Program Applicants have the right to choose any lender that agrees to abide by the CAFU Program guidelines.

Lenders must provide the required pre-approval information on the County’s approved form.
