Juvenile Court Service Unit

Petitions for Custody Visitation and Support require that an appointment be scheduled in advance at either the Manassas or Woodbridge office.

Petitions for Family Protective Orders are processed at the Manassas office only. No appointment is necessary, but you must complete the filing process by 10 a.m. to have your case heard at 1:30 p.m. the same day. Protective orders filed after 10 a.m. are heard the next day at 1:30 p.m.

The forms below may be downloaded and completed prior to the appointment with an Intake Officer. Please fill out forms completely, but do not sign the forms. An Intake Officer will assist you if you have questions.
