The Mission of the Department of Juvenile Justice is to protect the public through a balanced approach of comprehensive services that prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency through partnerships with families, schools, communities, law enforcement and other agencies, while providing the opportunity for delinquent youth to develop into responsible and productive citizens.

The 31st District Court Service Unit (CSU) provides probation, intake and parole services and a variety of community based programs for the Juvenile Domestic Relations District Court serving Prince William County, the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park.

The mission of the 31st District CSU is to enhance public safety by providing community-based juvenile justice services and programs and by working collaboratively with law enforcement, education and human services agencies.
