Prepaying Fines for Juvenile Traffic Cases
To prepay a juvenile traffic violation, both the juvenile and parent must sign the waiver form. The parent's signature has to be notarized. Prepayments must be made 24 hours prior to the Court date in order to be accepted as a prepayment. Please use mail at your own discretion. More information on Juvenile Traffic Cases.
The following violations are not prepayable offenses:
- Driving under the influence
- Reckless driving
- No operator's license
- Some traffic offenses involving an accident
- Drive In Violation of Passenger Restriction (46.2-334.01B)
- Failure to pay full time and attention
- Failure to keep vehicle under control
- Driving on a suspended license
- Unauthorized or non-permissible lights
- Curfew violations
- Operate vehicle while texting
Make your check or money order payable to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and mail it to Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110. You must include your signed, dated and notarized summons to prepay a juvenile traffic offense. Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court does not accept any payments for juvenile or adult cases over the phone or online.
Please Note: All District Courts will assess a 4% credit card convenience fee for credit card payments.
