Silver Lake Regional Park
Silver Lake Regional Park is a designated passive recreation park with 230 acres of rolling meadows, pine forests and a 23-acre lake fed by Little Bull Run Stream. The park opens at 7am and closes at sunset. There are no trash cans at Silver Lake Park. Park visitors are responsible for removal of their own trash. What you bring into the park, you must take out of the park.

Boating Rules & Regulations- Only Non-Motorized Boats (Canoes, Kayaks and Jon Boats) are allowed on the Lake
- Electric Motor Use by Permit - Only for Those with Mobility Limitations
- No Splashing or Horseplay by Boats

- No Skating Allowed
- Load or Unload Passengers from the Beach area Only
- All Boats Must be out of Water 1/2 hour before Sunset
- Each Individual Must Have a Coast Guard Approved Life Vest in the Boat
- Children 12 Years and Younger and Non-Swimmers Must Wear a Cost Guard Approved Life Vest at All Times
