Zoning Administration has moved to Development Services
and is now located in Suite 180 in the Development Services Building at
5 County Complex Court, Prince William, Virginia, 22192.

Please visit the Early Assistance Desk in the atrium of the Development Services Building for
more information and instruction for meeting with Zoning Administration staff.

Planning Office staff is not authorized to answer questions for the Zoning Administrator.

The Zoning Administration Division of the Department of Development Services on the first floor Suite 180 of the Development Services Building is responsible for processing the following:

• Home Occupation Certificate - Family Day Home (HOC-2) (i.e.: childcare within a residence)
• Proffer Administration
• Homeowners Request for Verification of Property Tax Payments in Excess of 15 years for Nonconforming Structures and Buildings
• Recertification of Continued Nonconforming Mobile Home Park
• Recertification of a Continued Nonconforming Use
• Verification of Nonconforming Use, Lot, and Structure
• Zoning, Proffer, and Special Use Permit Determinations and Interpretations
• Zoning Verification
