The Healing Event
Ages 14+ | Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center
Healing is a process of becoming sound and healthy. Soul, Mind and Body - All in ONE. Everything is connected by Breath. Finding our joy inside is the starting point. This workshop is step by step working towards healing of our emotional energy with awareness. That leads to self care and taking responsibility for your own thoughts and actions Self love is self care. Participants will engage in tapping, healing touch, energy work through meditation, yoga stretching and some breathwork.
