    Free Equipment Orientation
    The Equipment Orientation is the best way to get started. During your session, a member of our professional staff will review the basic and safe use of the fitness equipment along with information on fitness etiquette and facility policies.

    Equipment Orientations are required for teens ages 12-15 (with parental consent) in order to use fitness equipment.

    Upon completion:

    • Ages 12-13 are eligible to use the cardio equipment only.
    • Ages 14-15 are eligible to use the cardio and selectorized strength equipment.


    Free Personal Training Consultation
    Take advantage of a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer to discuss current lifestyle, health history and wellness goals. This session may also include customized activity. Check out our Personal Training page for more information!

    What is a Power Pack?

    A group of 3 to 6 friends or family members train with a certified fitness professional. Power Packs are personalized, affordable and goal-oriented small group training. A membership to Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center is not required to participate in Power Pack training.
