Committed For-Sale Units - Purchase Interest Form

Statement(s) of Program Understanding:

I understand that I must have a valid “Certificate of Eligibility” before submitting this “Purchase Interest Form”.
I understand that if I submit the “Purchase Interest Form” without having the valid “Certificate of Eligibility” it will not be considered.
I understand that the purpose of this “Purchase Interest Form” is to express my interest in purchasing the Committed Affordable Unit located at 8856 Queensferry Road, Manassas, VA 20112.
I acknowledge that the Committed Affordable Unit Program is subject to specific program eligibility requirements, including maximum household income limits, and other eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied to be eligible for purchasing of the Committed Affordable Unit.
I understand that, in addition to meeting program eligibility requirements, I must be able to qualify for a mortgage loan through a lender in order to proceed with the purchase of the home, subject to review and approval by the Office of Housing and Community Development.
I understand that, if I am approved to purchase a home through the Committed Affordable For-Sale Unit Program, restrictive covenants will be recorded against the property for a specified affordability period. These covenants will govern the use, occupancy, resale, and other program requirements applicable to the property.
