Questions or Complaints about Cable TV
Prince William County’s Cable Franchise Agreements are managed by the Department of Information Technology’s Cable Communications Team who work directly with Cable TV providers on issues that affect services in the County and all issues related to those services.
Prince William County currently has cable franchise agreements with the following companies:

If you have a question or complaint about cable television, it’s important that you first contact your cable provider and attempt to resolve the issue. If you’re not satisfied with the resolution, file a cable tv service request with PWC 311.
