Circuit Court Clerk’s Seals on Wheels to Visit Local Libraries, Festivals, and Farmers Markets
Seals on Wheels, the Circuit Court Clerk’s mobile service center, is returning to communities across Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park. The first program of its kind in Virginia and the nation, Seals on Wheels was launched by Circuit Court Clerk Jacqueline C. Smith to bring essential services directly to residents at convenient times and locations.
“This mobile initiative empowers us to serve the community more completely,” said Clerk Jacqueline Smith. “Whether it’s helping someone obtain a marriage license, gun permit, copy of their deed, Seals on Wheels removes barriers to justice that often make it difficult to access vital government services.”
Residents can save time and travel costs by accessing services close to home. On select Saturdays, the mobile center offers marriage licenses, name changes, notary oaths, concealed handgun permits, and other Clerk services. The 2026 Seals on Wheels schedule will include a series of stops in partnership with neighborhood libraries, community festivals, and local farmers markets.
