Prince William County Community Services offers mental health and substance abuse case management, therapy, peer support services, discharge planning, medication assisted treatment, and psychiatric services. Get On Track (GOT) treatment services also identify and treat adolescents and young adults (ages 16-25) who may be experiencing early signs of psychosis.

Prince William County Community Services offers youth and their families individual, family, and group therapy, intensive in-home services, case management services and Behavioral Health Wellness Services through the New Horizons Program.
The Prince William County Worth Avenue Crisis Receiving Center Complex is now open. Located at 14011 Worth Avenue in Woodbridge, this facility provides crisis services for behavioral health and substance use disorders. It also provides wrap-round services for those receiving Community Services.
