How To Participate in the Program
- Apply to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility by completing the orientation and an application (See steps below)
- Certificate holders will be placed on a waitlist and will be able to apply to purchase an affordable unit if/when a unit becomes available
- Purchasers must be determined eligible to purchase a unit based on the unit's price, lender's pre-approval amount and other unit-specific eligibility requirements
