Mobius Summit Recording of the January 18, 2024 Live Event

Mobius Access

Mobius is the County's Finance, Budget, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Payroll system. Employees are able to access Mobius at any time and from any device. While Mobius will be accessible through any web browser, Google Chrome is the preferred browser for the best user experience. In addition, accessing Mobius will require the use of PWC’s multi-factor authentication to keep information secure. Training videos and other resources are available on PWC University through Mobius and through online job aids. Mobius is accessible at the weblink pwcva.gov/pwcmobius.

Mobius Online 24/7 Support for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) is a great resource for many questions and has a variety of job aids and additional training resources.

New Functionality in Mobius!

Mobius is set to launch new features in October to make HR information and employee training more accessible.

The new HR Help Desk! With the HR Help Desk, employees can access a user-friendly interface that offers self-service options for submitting HR-related requests, tracking their inquiries, and receiving timely updates. Here is a link to the HR Help Desk Job Aid.

 PWC University is now accessible through Mobius. This is the new way employees access learning resources and training materials produced by PWC. There will still be additional content available through the previous PWC University platform with Percipio and that will be accessible through the Extended University tile, also available in Mobius.

Leave Carryover (happening on December 31, 2023)

Mobius allows employees to be able to see their leave balances and also predict through December 31, 2023, the balance including accruals. If you are close to the maximum leave carry-over limit, there is still time for you to work with your supervisor to arrange to take the necessary leave.
