James Keller is 54 years old and was born in Seoul, South Korea. He has been married to Martha Keller for one year and resides in Woodbridge, VA. The son of a retired army veteran, James, comes from a large family that includes two sisters and seven brothers, seven of whom are adopted.

With over 25 years of experience in Child Protective Services and Mental Health across North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia, James currently serves as the supervisor for Manassas Park County DSS. In his role, he oversees Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, Foster Care, Fostering Future, Adoption, In-Home Services, Resource Family, and Intake.
