Latasha Simmons was appointed to the Community Services Board by the Manassas Park City Council in October 2018 and serves as the representative from the City of Manassas Park. Ms. Simmons is currently the Benefit Programs Supervisor for the City of Manassas Park Department of Social Services. She has served as a non-voting member of the Manassas Park Senior Advisory Board in 2009 and a voting member with the Manassas Park Youth Football League as the Director of Registration from 2011- 2013 and President from 2013-2014. She is working on completing her BA in Human Services through Southern New Hampshire University and anticipates graduation in 2020.

Ms. Simmons has resided in the Manassas Park community with her children since 2012.
