FFM Pathways2Pro Career Development

FFM Pathways2Pro (P2P) programs include internships and apprenticeships for students, early-career professionals, and career switchers. These programs prepare participants for careers in public service, skilled trades, facilities operations, and fleet maintenance. As part of FFM’s broader workforce development effort, P2P graduates leave with the skills and hands-on experience they need to transition into post-secondary training or long-term employment.
