Note: To be placed on the First Time Home Buyer Program eligibility list, all persons included on the loan application need to complete the following:

Smart Money Management (SMM) - offered virtually the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 1-3p.m. and in-person the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7 - 9 p.m.
Financial Assessment – 2-hour counseling session, by appointment only
Home Ownership Seminar (HOS) - Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
