Mr. Francis Rath was appointed to the Community Services Board by the Manassas Park City Council and serves as the representative from the City of Manassas Park where he currently serves as their Chief Public Health Coordinator
Mr. Rath has over 15 years of experience in public health and 30 years in emergency medical services in the Northern Virginia region.
