Prince William County Community Services partners with vendors and community organizations to expand access to behavioral health, developmental disability, crisis response, and early intervention services. We welcome qualified partners aligned with County priorities.
Welcome to the Community Services Vendor Portal! We are actively seeking qualified vendor partners to help us expand our service capacity. Our goal is to provide behavioral health, medical, and administrative services to the residents of Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park.
Current Needs & Contracting Opportunities
We utilize a diverse range of vendor services across our seven divisions, including temporary staffing, clinical/medical services, technology platforms, partial hospitalization programs, and specialized youth services.

How to Partner with Us
To be considered for future contracting and procurement opportunities, all vendors must meet the following baseline requirements:
• Financial Certification: Annual submission of IRS Form 990 and audited/reviewed financial statements from the past 3 years.
• Agreements: Execution of a current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) when applicable.
• Performance: Ability to demonstrate measurable program outcomes and strict compliance with service deliverables.
