George Hellwig Memorial Park
George Hellwig Memorial Park is 132 acre facility in the Mid-County area that houses 8 soccer fields and 5 diamond fields. These fields are often reserved by local leagues, so consult schedules for availability. The park also has 2 basketball courts, 3 tennis courts, pickleball courts, over 1 mile of a stonedust walking trail, a small playground, and the Independent Hill Neighborhood Library. A bike rack is available at the trail head to park your bike.
Hellwig is also home to Miracle Field - an accessible, custom designed, rubberized surface field where our Miracle League and other activities take place.
ADA parking available on site.
Restrooms are adjacent to Soccer Field 6 and the Miracle Field.
